The QUINN-group was today delighted that its office development in Moscow; Kutuzoff Tower, was officially opened by Minister Billy Kelleher, while on his trade mission to the region. The 38,000m² office complex is now fully operational and the opening ceremony was attended by the Irish Ambassador to Russia; Justin Harmon as well as a number of city officials from the Russian Ministry of Economic Development.

The Kutuzoff Tower office block is strategically located in one of the key business districts of Moscow, on the intersection of Rublyovskoye Motorway and Ivana Franko Street. Rublyovskoye is one of the main arteries to the centre of the city. The building consists of 20 stories and is finished to international Class-A standard throughout. It is has a very strong tenant list including; Coca-Cola, Sony Ericsson, Fortis Life Insurance, Rolf, Comverce Network Systems and AIG among others.

Despite the economic down turn, the QUINN-group is very confident that office construction of this quality, in the emerging regions of the world, will continue to be very successful.

The opening of Kutuzoff Tower represents another success from the QUINN-group and follows the recent openings of other property assets in Eastern Europe including the Q-Park warehousing complex in Kazan; the Leonardo office centre and Univermag Shopping Centre in Kiev among others.

The QUINN-group continue to have high expectations about future investments in the developing regions with these economies well positioned to take advantage of any upturn in world growth.
