Quinn Group Holdco Limited appoints new Director


Quinn Group Holdco Limited (QGHL), the parent company of Quinn Manufacturing Group Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike McTighe as a non-executive director of the company. Mr. McTighe is also joining the board of Quinn Manufacturing Group Holdco Limited.

A highly-experienced board director, Mr. McTighe is currently chairman of Volex Group plc, chairman of JJB Sports plc, senior independent director of Betfair Group plc and a non-executive director of Ofcom.

The chairman of QGHL, Mr. Pat O’Neill, welcomed Mr. Tighe’s appointment to the board. “Mike brings a vast wealth of experience to the company, having been involved in numerous business turnarounds and restructurings in recent years, most notably JJB Sports, Pace, Volex, Heywood Williams and White Young Green.  He will be a huge asset to the board in overcoming the challenges that currently face us and helping us deliver on our growth strategy.”
