	The story of QUINN plastics began over 30 years ago, when a sheet extrusion plant was established in Geel, Belgium. QUINN plastics offers a range of industrial and domestic products that are used mainly in the construction sector. 	Within the plastics sector the Group is now embarking on a major expansion programme with the establishment of a Methylmethacrylate (MMA) production facility through its subsidiary QUINN chemicals GmbH in Leuna near Leipzig, Germany. This will be a major development for the Group in one of the most technically advanced industrial regions of the world. The project is currently in the design phase with a projected three year construction plan.
