MS Ireland is a national organisation providing information and support to those affected by Multiple Sclerosis, a progressive neurological condition.

MS Ireland Provides a range of services and resources to the whole MS Community, those with MS, family members, employers and Health Professionals. They aim to provide timely, sensitive and accurate information and support to help address or minimize the impact MS may have.

MS Irelands mission is to "enable and empower people affected by Multiple Sclerosis to live the life of their choice to their fullest potential". In doing this MS Ireland believes that we can achieve an "Irish society where all people affected by MS live positive and active lives in the community."

Friends of St. Luke's Hospital

The Friends of St Luke's Hospital was established in 1981 to raise much needed funds for St Luke's Hospital, Rathgar, Dublin 6. St Luke's Hospital is Ireland's major radiotherapy centre providing radiotherapy and other specialist oncology services to a population of more than 4 million. It is a busy and progressive Hospital, where staff are committed to delivering a high standard of care.

Over the past few years, The Friends have funded an additional 19 bedrooms and Day Room at Oakland Lodge, the renovation and refurbishment of the Operating Theatre and funded the purchase for a CT Simulator / Scanner which is a new diagnostic machine used for the planning of treatment. The Friends of St. Luke's continue to raise funds to ensure that cancer patients benefit to the fullest extent, from further advances in techniques and equipment.
